Concierge plumbing and construction for San Francisco, Atherton, and the Peninsula. Twenty licensed plumbers, family owned since 1998, working alongside the architects and general contractors who build here.
Our Position
Family owned, and the founder is still on the job.
Since 1998 we have worked behind the doors of Pacific Heights, Atherton, and Belvedere: new construction, whole-home remodels, and the upkeep in the years between them.
Twenty craftsmen, the European fixture houses when the work calls for them, and the same faces going back to the same addresses year after year. We build the water system, and then we stay with it for as long as you will have us.

Private Service
Repairs, replacements, and upgrades in rooms that are already finished: fixture work, leak detection, water heaters, gas and sewer, and no chemical drain cleaner anywhere near hundred-year-old cast iron. When something bursts, same-day appointments are available.

Membership is the maintenance done before anything fails. We document every fixture, valve, filter and boiler in the home, then we get ahead of all of it, every year, on a schedule built for your home alone.

The Audit
Our craftsmen walk your home top to bottom and document every fixture, appliance, and line: model, finish, filter, and service history.

The Plan
An annual maintenance calendar built for your home alone: boiler service, valve renewal, filter changes, sewer and seismic checks.

The Shelf
Parts on file for your key fixtures: filters, cartridges, and fittings, pre-staged by our warehouse team before you need them.

One Visit
Something breaks, you make one call. We already know what is installed, so the part comes out with us rather than being ordered after somebody has been to look at it.

The Standard
The most beautiful work in the home is the work you never see.
Behind the stone and the millwork of a great home runs copper, brass, and solder that has to hold for decades with nobody looking at it. Set a concealed valve a quarter inch too deep and the trim will not seat, and the correction is behind finished tile. That is the part of the trade we have spent our time on.
It is why the Peninsula’s high-end general contractors have kept our number for twenty-eight years.

A crew is inside your home for days at a time, and they see everything in it. Our technicians are background-checked and under employee NDA, an NDA for your property is available on any project, on request, and what the crew sees inside stays inside.
