Before you call

Shut the water off at the main if you can reach it safely.
If the water is anywhere near electrics, leave it and call from outside the room.
Photograph what you can see. It travels faster than a description.

We answer the phone Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Outside those hours, send this form and it will be waiting when the shop opens.
