Emergency

First we talk you to your shut-off.

Burst lines, sewer backups and failed water heaters, answered the same day by a crew that has been inside buildings like yours since 1998.

What fails here, and why it fails fast.

The failures we are called to in San Francisco follow the city’s building stock. Galvanized and cast iron lines corrode from the inside until pressure finds the weak point. Sewer laterals a century old take on stormwater during the rainy season, because the city’s combined system sends both through the same pipe. Ground movement finishes what corrosion started.

Twenty licensed plumbers is the reason we can answer a same-day call without pulling someone off a job halfway through it. We are licensed, bonded and insured in California, which matters most on the day decisions get made quickly. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Call the office and tell us what you are looking at. If the water is still moving, the first thing we will do is talk you to your main shut-off valve.

The work

What we come out for

  • Burst and corroded pipe

Galvanized and cast iron lines fail suddenly, and older ones fail under seasonal pressure changes.

  • Sewer backups

San Francisco’s combined sewer takes wastewater and stormwater through the same line, so heavy rain pushes debris into residential and commercial laterals.

  • Water heater failure

A leaking tank or a sudden loss of hot water, repaired or replaced the same day where we can.

  • Drain stoppages and overflowing toilets

From one overflowing fixture to a building-wide stoppage, diagnosed at the source rather than at the symptom.

  • Hidden leaks and water line breaks

Located with acoustic equipment and cameras before anything is opened up.

  • Gas line concerns

We assess a suspected leak once the building has been cleared and PG&E has secured the line.
