Membership puts us in the home before anything goes wrong. The audit documents every fixture, valve and filter in it, and the calendar built from that schedules the work around you rather than around a failure.
So the first thing a member buys is access. Exclusive is scheduled the next business day, Pro Care within 48 hours, Essential ahead of the general queue. Exclusive and Pro Care add the annual 100-point inspection, a camera down the main lateral and a written report, and Exclusive keeps the parts for your key fixtures on a shelf. The discount on service pricing is real, and it is the smallest thing on the list.

The fine print
The top tier
Exclusive is the firm's concierge program for the homes it looks after year-round.
We walk the residence and document the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry fixtures, the mechanical rooms, domestic water, and radiant heating, the emergency shut-offs, pressure systems, and water monitoring, and the filtration and drainage.
Water filtration, hydronic heating components, and general service parts are sourced and stocked by our warehouse team before a technician leaves for your home.
One skilled technician is assigned to your home, so the person arriving already knows the system they are working on.
Our in-house customer service team runs the reminders for water heater flushes, home filters, and radiant heating maintenance.
Every technician is background-checked, our employees sign company NDAs, and we sign property-specific NDAs on request.
Exclusive membership includes a two-year warranty on our workmanship. It is the only warranty the firm publishes, and it belongs to this tier.

Every tier includes priority scheduling and a member discount on service pricing, set by tier at 15, 10, and 5 percent. Exclusive and Pro Care add an annual 100-point inspection, a camera inspection of the main sewer lateral, and a written report. Exclusive adds filter cartridge labor once a year, the loaner faucet program, and parts kept on file for your fixtures.

Once a year on Exclusive and Pro Care: a 100-point inspection of the home, a camera inspection of the main lateral, and a written report of what we found. Your first inspection is scheduled within 30 days of joining.
Pro Care and Essential are automatic renewal unless canceled 30 days before renewal, and both require a credit card on file. Those are the published terms, and they are published for those two tiers. Exclusive renewal terms are confirmed with the office at enrollment.
Exclusive membership includes a two-year workmanship warranty on our work. It applies to that tier, not to Pro Care or Essential.
Yes. Exclusive was built for homeowners, property managers, and general contractors alike, and we sign property-specific NDAs on request.
