A plumbing fixture is anything connected to the building’s water supply and drain: sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs and showers. We have installed and serviced them across the Bay Area since 1998, for homeowners, commercial owners, general contractors and architects.
The high end of that range is custom pieces from fixture houses like Dornbracht, Fantini and Vola, with installed values from $2,000 to $50,000. Fixtures at that level are less forgiving of a rough install and more expensive to get wrong, which is why the same plumbers who set them are the ones who come back to service them. Every installation meets San Francisco building code and is done by a licensed, bonded and insured team.
Fixtures rarely fail all at once. Slow drainage, a dripping faucet, weak flow from a showerhead, odor at a drain, visible corrosion: each is the early notice. We tell you whether a repair solves it or whether the piece has reached the end.

European fixtures set to the manufacturer’s specification, coordinated with tile, stone and millwork trades.

Cartridges, valves and complete replacements, on kitchen, bath and bar fittings.

Installation and repair, including drain clogs, leaking valves, low pressure and cracked tile work.
Sinks and showerheads
Repair and replacement, with mineral buildup and supply issues diagnosed rather than guessed at.
Toilet repair and replacement
Running, partial flush, no flush or leaking. Usually the flapper, the chain, the flush valve or the wax ring.
Accessible fixtures
Grab bars, low-threshold showers and built-in seating, selected for how the room is used.
Water-efficient fixtures
Dual-flush and low-flow options where they suit the plumbing already in the building.

For reliability and water use we point most clients at Toto, Kohler and American Standard. We also install custom pieces, and we check that whatever you choose suits the plumbing already in the building.
