Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing has been the plumbing trade on Bay Area builds since 1998, working for high-end general contractors, architects, and owners. The work is done to the California Uniform Plumbing Code and San Francisco’s building department requirements, and it is inspected.
There is one way into a home for potable water and one way out for waste. Where those lines run, how they cross, and what stays reachable ten years from now all get decided while the home is still framing. We set the pipe with your general contractor, then fit the fixtures.

Yes, and that is most of what this side of the company does. We take the piping with the general contractor, then customize the fixtures to the room.
Yes. We specialize in the California Uniform Plumbing Code and San Francisco’s building department requirements, and we book the inspections that go with the work.
San Francisco first, then the Peninsula: Pacifica, Daly City, San Mateo, Menlo Park, and Atherton. Our built work also runs east across the bay to Berkeley and Piedmont, and north into Marin at Belvedere.
